Your SKITOPIA package is more than a hotel stay. Enjoy three nights at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe (February 25–28, 2027) plus a curated lineup of day and night events designed to make the entire weekend unforgettable. Your experience includes our Welcome Reception with an open bar, the signature Lake Tahoe Boat Party with round-trip transportation, daily themed parties, the SKITOPIA Pool Party, R&B Bingo and Game Night, and more opportunities to connect throughout the weekend. You’ll also have access to exclusive group discounts on skiing, snowboarding, gondola access, airport transportation, and select excursions. Food and beverages are included at designated events as noted in the itinerary. It’s the hotel, the parties, the people, and the full Tahoe experience in one package.

Airfare, airport transfers, skiing, snowboarding, gondola access, equipment rentals, lessons, and optional excursions are not included. Guests are also responsible for meals and beverages outside designated events, personal expenses, and travel insurance.

SKITOPIA guests receive exclusive discounted pricing at Heavenly Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding, gondola access, and eligible mountain activities. Pricing varies by activity, equipment needs, and number of days. Discounted rates and booking details will be shared with registered guests.

SKITOPIA is a complete, curated weekend experience. We do not offer party-only packages or individual event tickets. Access to SKITOPIA events is reserved exclusively for guests with an official SKITOPIA package.

Fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), approximately 60–90 minutes from Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, depending on weather and traffic. Plan to arrive early enough to check in before Thursday’s Welcome Reception at 6 PM.

Guests can choose from shared shuttles, private transfers, rental cars, and rideshare services. Shared airport shuttles are a popular, economical option, with exclusive discounted rates available to SKITOPIA guests. Booking details will be shared with registered guests. Airport transportation is not included in the package.

No! Caesars Republic is within walking distance of Heavenly Village, the gondola, restaurants, and entertainment. Most SKITOPIA events are held at or near the hotel, and round-trip transportation to our signature boat party is included.

February is winter in Lake Tahoe, with cold temperatures and possible significant snowfall. Bring warm layers, a winter coat, waterproof footwear, gloves, and winter accessories. Outdoor activities and schedules may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled due to weather or conditions beyond our control. Any vendor refunds or credits are subject to the applicable terms.

A $300 per-person initial deposit is required at booking. At least 65% of the total package cost must be paid by December 15, 2026, and the remaining balance is due January 15, 2027. You may make additional payments before the deadlines. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

All SKITOPIA payments are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for eligible unexpected circumstances.
